Urraca Beach Club
Part of the development involves the construction of the Urraca Beach Club located in Azul Paraíso's Beach Front Property.
Residents can take the extra step and immerse themselves in their relaxed beach life by unwinding with a cocktail and socializing in the bar (wet-bar) in an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere.
The Urraca Beach Club will be a wonderful asset for residents as they can relax and mingle with other residents and enjoy the finest services and facilities.
Bahía residents will also have access to a shuttle service from their condo to the beach club for their convenience, and there are also golf carts for residents to use.
Property Management & Concierge Service
To guarantee the joy of owning your piece of paradise, Azul Paraíso includes homeowners association property management, a professionally managed rental program and concierge service.
Our all inclusive services include the following:
- Cleaning
- Reservations, providing directions and communicating with the client
- Securing a deposit and confirmation of the rental
- Checking the unit and its contents inventory after each use
- Sending you your monthly rental income
The management of the rental program will ensure that your condo is always pristine and ready to use when you decide to come visit again.
The in-property management services consists of cleaning your unit, checking all lights, cleaning air conditioner filters, notifying you of any repairs needed, arranging for repairs to be completed, paying your cable, electric, real estate taxes and fumigation.
Azul Paraíso residents also have the benefit of a concierge and housekeeping service for added convenience.
Rental Program
If you decide to generate an additional income by renting your property, you can place your residence into our Rental Program.
You determine when and for how long you would like to rent your property. Our rental management program will handle all aspects of managing your property, from finding and securing the renters, collecting the rent, cleaning and maintaining the property, and attending the renters while they are visiting.
Recreational Facilities
Azul Paraíso has many different recreational facilities for all residents to enjoy.
Enjoy tennis and beach volleyball, take a stroll in the professionally landscaped gardens around the walking paths, or relax on the sundecks with a book.
There is also a playground and a children's pool, a recreational and lap swimming pool and a poolside and beachfront snack and refreshment center.
There will also be spa services so residents can really unwind and indulge in the finest services.
Other services include water taxi service to the new Papagayo Marina and future Coco Marina (just 10-15 min)
