FIRST PRODUCT RELEASE / NOW ON SALE

The first stage of the Azul Paraíso development is the Bahía Ocean View Condominiums.

Inspired by the natural surroundings and replete with the comforts of modern technology, Bahía Residences is Azul Paraíso's first phase release.

Bahía consists of ten three- or four-story buildings, each with one unit per floor for a total of 44 units. The buildings are distributed throughout the property in pairs; each pair consists of 6 or 8 units with their own swimming pool and direct ocean views.

The buildings are turned at an angle with respect to one another to provide maximum privacy, and each condo has a spectacular, direct ocean view.
